As mentioned in the last post, there is a bug with the version of the Web Servcies shipped in the Microsoft Dynamics GP October 2019 release; to successfully install the Web Services as described in the following posts, you will need to download the Web Services for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018 – R2 Full Install and ​Web Services for Microsoft Dynamics GP October 2019 Release x64 and x86 Environments – patch only 18.2.1013 from CustomerSource
